Buzzed in Italy

She says something about her school, why did I interrupt my classes of Italian? I would adore to know the context of this buzzing. Have you noticed her occasional heavy panting and the way she swallows her saliva, faking a natural attitude which doesn't seem to exist? And who is the gentleman in the background? Too curious blogger, that's me.
