When I caress my nape and notice my hair getting too long I am always inclined to immediately set an appointment at the salon. "No!!!!You get haircuts with a month long interval, be an obedient gal and just wait one more week" my rational mind tells me... What should I do?

  1. Could you trust significant other to do tidying? Yet waiting extra week lets anticipation build for thrill with more hair falling on cape. When my other does this for cut /color-letting roots go extra week I am wound all week with excitement for both

  2. Give in and book a appointment. Or go extra short so you can go the extra week and still keep the monthly appointment.

  3. Gosh yes those little neck hairs that were buzzed off can be ornerous as they grow out in natural color against the contrast of the colored hair that was sheared to perfection. But I also find it kind of neat to see the line of demarcation as cut/color grows out. And when I go in for next appointment always have the clippering done first to see the real color underneath before the color applied

  4. Hoping thinking "trim/buzz" on your fantastic neck has taken place and postings soon of it and coloring- hair and brows - the red auburn goes so well with your skin tone

  5. I used to get so juiced watching the stylist power the clippers up the back of wifes nape and head- all the way to the occipital bone. And in between cuts and clippering I got to do the clean up honors removing the little fuzzies- again what a rush and my wife knew I enjoyed it

  7. Hold out as long as you can. Then make up for it and get it clipped extra short the next time
