Being emotional during haircut.

When a huge makeover approaches, big emotions surface. And Serge Folks has collected wonderful facial expressions portraying these feelings and reactions. Whenever I see this page I identify with some of the girls. It seems that psychoanalists call it a projection mechanism...

Who cut her hair?

It must feel awsome to run the fingers along that very short hair. I adore mine when the nape is short. And is that a hair dryer or the turbine of a Boeing?

Theo Knoop. cuts Judith's hair.

Who said we can't go shorter when we feel like?

One short haircut, several possibilities.

Mousse, hair dryer, curler, (handsome) creative stylist are some of the tools for fun with short hair.

Listen to this short-haired beauty.

I dread (just a little, nowadays) and yearn for a pixie and her words are reassuring, don't you think?

There is always space for a change.

My hair is short, I think this is not versatile... This stylist and her client think differently. What a big change!!!!

An adventurous girl

She suffered a lot till she decided for the buzzcut... The stylist did a poor job, but the young lady succeeded, anyway.

TV show dancer gets a headshave.

If we got it right, it seems that Babi went bald to be aceepted as a member of the casting of dancers of a new edition of that show.

Clippers create a sexy nape.

This comes right from Italy. I would say the nape needs a better finish. Do you think the same?

Do you like shaggy styles?

Nape buzzed, superb sensation.

I was nervous at the salon, but in a good sense, I not even asked for a guard number and then this is what I got. What do you think? I am letting my hair grow out, depending on the way I move my neck, the undercut not even becomes noticeable.

Stylist/barber recruiting ladies for videotaped haircuts.

I was asked by one of our followers to publish his request for volunteers (females, between ages 20-60) who would accept modelling for a hair and makeup makeover session in Florida. He pays between US200 and 800 for the session, which will be videotaped for commercial purposes. You may contact him sending an email  to  shearingimages@yahoo.com , attaching three pics of the candidate (side/back and front views). Here are some pictures of two of his makeover sessions. I hope this is good for everyone!

SPA or HEADSHAVE

A  radio station had two listeners play heads or tails and the result , well... you know, one bald woman and another one who gets a day at the spa.
Girls, would you risk your mane this way?

As if I had shorter hair: metal clips ornament and hold the sides

Longer

Shorter, but not for real. I got it just with the help of metal clips.

Short hair and advertising industry.

Something special may be happening... Short hair is paired with a wonderful new Mustang and many other attractive contexts. Does this mean that short hair is being viewed as trendy, beautiful, powerful, and sexy? Hummmm.

Bald stylist, model gets a short style.

An atmosphere of growing tension dominates the beginning of the video: when is he going to stop brushing and dampening the hair, to start snipping it? The final result is pretty much "normal", almost mainstream.

A question for the ladies

Haircutting, hairdos, apply nail polish and make up, give you a scalp massage and shampoo your hair, color and highlight it. Girls, do you contemplate the idea of having a man who loves you to be be in charge of all these things? Would you surrender to a hair master?

*Softly Spoken* Hair Cutting Role-plays: male and female stylists.

Have you ever seen/heard of this? There is a whole universe of whispered role-plays on the web. Two samples for you.

Expertise, financial management and good relationship with clients seem to be pivotal issues in terms of running a hair salon business. Here they show how to care about the third aspect.

Excellent haircuts.

A hair stylist I would love to visit. She does a wonderful job with thin, fine hair in a woman of a certain age!!!! Is this a miracle? LOL

Unusual and sexy.

I would need a hair clip to keep that bang away from my eye, but I love the cut and color.

Ambivalence: saying goodbye to her hair.

A generous young woman decides to face one of her great fears, losing her hair to clippers. A very emotional video.

Friends get a buzzcut together supporting cancer research.

One of the girls would look stunning with an A line inverted bob with a stacked nape, maybe shaven very close at hairline, don't you think?

Let's go short!

It's quite interesting to see a company pairing the concepts of acting according to impulsive desires with the pleasure of a chocolate cookie and an unexpected gorgeous short haircut.

Bald Barbie: have you read this?

http://uk.news.yahoo.com/mattel-makes-bald-barbie-viral-campaign-225424009.html

Do you think this action will make a difference for girls with alopecia or undergoing chemo? They should also make Barbie gain some weight and have a more realistic body shape. Anorexia is epidemics among young kids.

Two things I witnessed yesterday.

I want to share two little things that happened yesterday at the graduation ball I went to.
As people arrived at the location of the party, they had to form a line to enter the place. In front of me there was a couple in their early sixties or late fifties: he had his hair buzzed all over, probably to a number 2, and the wife was a stunning blonde for her age with the shortest hair seen in real life lately, from zero to three, tapered on sides and back, and some longer hair on top, still very feminine although daring and full of attitude. She was dressed with a black long dress, with a corset, and had wonderful chandelier like earrings. In my wicked mind I thought: would she call him master? LOL
The second thing was that I found a young lady, in her late teens or maybe in early  twenties completely bald. I hope it is not for medical reasons, she seemed really natural and comfortable with this, an uncommon and fantastic attitude in my culture.
I did my own updo, holding the longish sides with strass clips and trusting hair mousse as a best friend. Well, that's all for today.
Posted by Harriet, of course (considering Harry is not a fan of hair mousse, LOL).

An actress changes her hairstyle: a good old video.

Really big change, for the actress and her character.
